Hidden on top of the mountain and with a very elegant and specious tasting room. Wine selection is quite tasty and the view from the balcony is worth the drive especially at sunset. Believe me, one of the most beautiful vineyards in the area if not in the state. Totally overlooked and underrated. Go there, you will love it.

Update 10/3/2021:
The staff was beyond friendly and inviting!
The views are breathtaking! And the wine incredible! We'd totally recommend the win slushee! Truly a hidden gem of Virginia!!
Most of the times it could be very peaceful and if you sit at the edge of the deck that was built back in 2019 it is even better. Remember to bring your own picnic. Dogs are super welcome and please remember to great the local dogs. They are very sweet.

In town visiting from Pittsburgh, and had an excellent time! Stopped here to check it out and ended up staying all afternoon! The wine was fantastic, the wine shushies were the best I've had and the staff and other people here were very nice and had some good conversations! Was having fun and then Ken stopped by with some live music and it got even better! We got some wine to take home but if I'm in the area again I'll definitely be coming back!

AMAZING experience! From the drive up, to the wine, the view, and the drive back down.

I will absolutely be coming back to live the view again. Very nice and and knowledgeable staff as well.

Driving the unpaved road for 2 miles up the mountain made us question if we were on the right road, but it was very much worth it! Good wine. Cheese and baggett. Beautiful view!

Beautiful deck and amazing views. We were there on a day they were closed. The very kind owner allowed us to walk the grounds and purchase a bottle. Their red is very dry, fyi. They are closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays. The drive up needs a car with some clearance.

Roman Maximilian

Beautiful views of the vineyard and Shenandoah Valley. Wine was great.

Marshall Tullos

The view is worth the 2 mile one lane dirt road to the top off the mountain. This is a must for anyone visiting the area.

The road up is pretty intense, but the views make the white knuckle drive well worth it, until you realize you have to drive back down. ;)

While the building from various angles is reminiscent of a 1950s mountain lodge, inside is spacious. The outside deck atop is a perfect view point. Lower sections are almost equal. You really can't find a bad spot to sit.

Coming in, we thought we were here for the views, hands holding weaker wine. We were wrong. On this day most of the wines we sampled were very good! Reds led, but the rose made someone smile.

Best winery dogs ever! The view is second to none and is a great experience to get to that separates it from all other wineries in the area.

On our visit they had a wide selection of tasty dry whites with a few off-dry if that's what your looking for. But my favorite was one of the two reds, the petit verdot. All around a memorable day and definitely recommend a visit out there. Lots of wine in the area, but nothing with this view!

The drive was worth the view and the wine! The staff were all wonderfully friendly and accommodating. We'll definitely be coming back!
